Pasco detectives trekked to Troy, N.Y. to bring Deborah Terrero back to Florida to face charges of DUI, vehicular homicide and DUI manslaughter. She is being held in Land O’Lakes jail and her bail was set at $450,000. TBO.com reports the woman’s arrest warrant states she was under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance at the time of a fatal crash.
The charges stem from an April 5 accident that took the life of Nicole Centrangolo. The 37-year-old woman was the passenger on a motorcycle that was allegedly hit by Terrero’s SUV as she made a wide turn on U.S. 19. The driver of the motorcycle suffered serious injuries but survived the accident. Terrero and her passenger were not hurt in the accident.
